What is the shipping timeline?

Since each piece is handmade, shipping timelines can vary between 8–14 days on average

• Ready-to-ship items will be dispatched within 4–5 days of placing the order.

• Items marked pre-order may take longer; timelines will be clearly mentioned.

• For custom requests, I’ll personally discuss the timeline with you before starting.

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Currently, I offer shipping within India only.

As a one-person shop, I may take longer to respond on weekends and holidays—so if you contact me during that time, I promise to get back to you as soon as I can!

Returns and Refunds

Every piece at "art by upasna" is handmade with love, care, and lots of time—so I do not offer returns or refunds unless the product was damaged in transit.

That said, I truly want you to have a good experience.

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 2 days of delivery.

To process a replacement, an unboxing video is required—this helps me understand what went wrong and ensure it doesn’t happen again.

Once reviewed and approved, I’ll be happy to send a replacement.
Since every piece is handmade, shipping times may vary based on the item and availability—but I’ll always keep you updated.
